St.Patrick's Day Scavenger Hunt

sooo i finished this at 12:19pm MST which means it is 11:19pm PST, sooo yay i got it done before the deadline!!!:D i hope you all like it!!:)

It's time for a photo-scavenger hunt! I know it's just after St. Patrick's Day, but leprechauns are year-round, right? I'd like to invite all 4 Houses to participate in this fun scavenger hunt. Here's your lucky list!

yayness!!:) okie sooo i was way excited for this and after realizing i needed a "marker" in each picture i decided to use one of my new friends, Delta Turtle!!! lol, sooo yes i quick background on DT is that he is one of my many turtles i've been making for my sisters in Delta Psi Rho!! anyways sooo basically here is what me and DT came up with:


CLOAK
ok soo a cloak was kinda hard cause i couldnt decide if it was only something that had a hood or if it was anything you used as a way large coat, after DT looked up Cloak on wikipedia, we decided that it was anything soo we went the Roman ruite and here is us with my Roman Soldier-ish Cloak:
Cup (as in Helga Hufflepuff's cup)
unfortunatly me and DT couldnt find anything really all that pretty to be Helga's Cup but we decided that this wine glass was pretty close, DT wanted to pose in the Cup but he was to fat!:D

Devil's Snare
We found some Devil's Snare on campus (yes that is a real, live, growing plant in the pic), ofcourse DT "somehow" got stuck in it, luckily a fellow hogwarts student walked by and got him out

Diadem
soo after again not really knowing what this word was DT looked it up, he learned that it is a Greek word for the type of headband that the Greek monarchs, DT decided that he wanted to be a noble and sooo made his own Diadem, doesnt he look cute!!:D

Diary
I now know who has been reading my Diary while i'm in class...

Glass Eye
You can see the sparkle in their Glass Eyes

Gold
DT has decided to take up spinning and has spun straw into Gold, still not sure where he got the straw tho...

Leprechaun
This was a huge shock to me, when we came to this item on the Hunt i didnt think we'd be able to get it but DT happens to know a Leprechaun!!!

Locket
here is DT posing with my really crappy Locket that doesnt really work all that right...

Owl
Here is DT and my Owl, Apollo, his sister, Artimis, couldnt be found at the time for the picture... now if i could only remember where i sent her last....

Picture Frame
DT likes to look at all my pictures, but his favorite is the one in the pretty green Picture Frame, i think its cause he loves the color green

Pint of Brew
LOL!! so my bf poured DT a Pint of Brew, this is DT trying to figure out how he was gonna be able to drink it:D

Scar
my bf's dog scratched me the other day and unfortunatly its left quite the Scar, DT is said that it happend

Shamrock
while DT was on wikipedia he learned that a Shamrock was only a 3 leaf clover, that 4 leaf clovers are just a good luck symbol. he is holding the Shamrock that his Leprechaun buddy left him

Snake
DT showing support of his favorite house by drawing a Snake on my notebook... he still helped me with this Hunt even tho we are in different houses, tho i think he only like Slytherin cause of the color green
Statue
LOL, here on campus we have this little area infront of the student service building that has a bunch of these funny Statues doing "human" poses, we thought this was the best idea for a picture

Stone
We watched "The Lion King" yesterday and DT thought he looked very kingly on this Stone over looking "his kingdom"

Sword
DT loves the book "The Tale of Desperaux" and so has been running around with a pin as his Sword, i finally had to give him a plastic pin cause i kept stepping on the metal one, but to make it up to him i made him a cute outfit to go with his Sword

Tombstone
Tombstone pizza is mine and DT's favorite pizza and luckily loving bf bought some on his shopping trip to the store:D
Wand
tho i left my actually Wand at home (mum is air mailling that this weekend), this two needles are the only Wands i really need to work magic with yarn!!:D

sooo yet again we didnt win, tho from what i'm hearing we should have, just like last time... yeah i think Headmistress needs to stop flip flopping because she gave it to the ravenclaws again saying that they found it before she put up the directions and therefore still get it even tho they didnt put the full answer, this is exactly what happend to us last round but she didnt give it to us!!!! ugh make up you mind this isnt mewalk rules!!! (so if you dont get mewalk rules, it basically means she who is in charges makes and can change the rules when ever she wants, it something i got from a tv show about alice in wonderland that used to be on tv when i was way young) anyways i'm quite upset and a little peeved now!!! grrr!!!!!

okie have now looked it up and yes we should have won this round because clara clearwater posted first with the COMPLETE answer! GRRRR!!!!

okie soo headmistress is totally playing mewalk rules, she states in her post "snitch sighing" on the HSKS7 blog that: “You can expect the Snitch to be released in the same fashion as last time and there will definitely be instruction on posting something from the site where the Snitch is found as well as posting the direct location of the Snitch.” this is bs and i'm quite upset that she is going back on her word!!!

ugh ugh ugh i donno if i wanna play quidditch anymore cause there is no set rules its whatever headmistress decides, she can even changes what she decides at the last minute if she wants, unfair!!

When in Rome...

so not all my studies are done at Hogwarts, nope I very often frequent Ancient Rome and Greece, and guess who I met in Rome!?!??! omg Titus Pullo, aka Ray Stevenson!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! omg!! everything crappy that has gone on this week have all been made better by this encounter!!!! here is a pic of me and him, mind you we didnt know he was coming so I didnt have my actual camera so I had to use my cell phone camera sooo its not the best pic but to me all is okie:
lol i also have a very funny face on at the moment, but yeah i'm stoked and way happy now!!!:D

A Late Catch Up...

phew!! sooo i've just had one of the longest weeks yet and this week is starting to be a continuation of it!!!:(

sooo my trip to Hogsmeade went pretty fast, as i didnt have much time nor money:) anyways sooo i first stopped over at Scrivenshaft's Quill Shop to pick up some new quills... i got a little angry with a Greek translation and may have broken the one i had in half... sooo wow there was so many cool Quills in there but i ended up just getting a basic one so that if it "breaks" again it wont be to much of a matter, then i went to Honeydukes Sweetshop for as much candy as i possibly could... candy is so helpfull when your feeling down:D and then my last stop was The Three Broomsticks for a nice warming drink before walking back to Hogwarts for more hmwk....

if i have time i will do the griff assignment that was due last week....

soo yeah long long long week... am having troubles in delta... thinking it might not be the right place, to small for my big personality.... behind in all my hmwk, need to get my gpa back up.... need to do medieval times hmwk.... cant find job.... well i'm hoping and praying that i can get back on track with my life soon.... phew:(
